Reformer Pilates is a low impact, full body workout that tones, strengthens, stretches and balances out your whole body. Pilates can also compliment your current exercise regimen whether it be football, cycling, netball, boxing or HIIT. Our classes are intimate with only eight students per class so we can give you the attention necessary to improve your pilates skills as well as a great workout! Each class is 50 minutes long and taught by a qualified and highly trained instructor.

CLASS TYPES

BEGINNER: This is a great place to start your pilates journey with us but is also suitable for those who are wanting to fine tune their pilates technique.

OPEN LEVEL: Suitable for all levels of fitness, this class will be a dynamic 50 minute full body workout. There will be both beginner and advanced options given.

CARDIO: The next step up from beginner and is suitable for all levels of fitness. Designed to elevate your heart rate while maintaining pilates precision and control. Expect continuous movement, faster-paced sequences and a focus on strength, endurance and coordination. Beginner and advanced options will be offered throughout, allowing you to work at a level that feels right for your body.

ADVANCED: Designed for those ready to take their practice to the next level. Expect a faster-paced flow with more challenging moves to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Perfect for experienced clients looking to push their limits!

PRIVATE SESSIONS

A great option if you’re looking for a more personalised approach to your Pilates practice, with sessions tailored to your individual goals, ability and progress.

We offer private classes for businesses and sporting organisations looking to incorporate reformer Pilates into team building or team training. These sessions are tailored to suit your group’s goals, whether that’s improving strength, mobility, injury prevention or simply creating a fun and engaging team experience.

PRENATAL SESSIONS

Pilates is widely considered one of the best forms of exercise during pregnancy. It helps you stay active, ease joint pain, and improve stability while gently strengthening and toning your whole body.

We offer prenatal-friendly classes throughout our timetable. Medical clearance from your doctor is required, and you must begin classes prior to 18 weeks of pregnancy.
